Central Valley Web Developers
A friend of mine started a forum for local web developers aimed primarily at PHP, Javascript, jQuery, MySQL, etc. not sure if there will be formal meetings or anything like that, I think for now it is more of a place for web developers in the Valley to post code, get help on code, etc.

If you ever need help coding a form, just put up a post and you'll get local people helping you out.
