Hello everyone. I am a graduating senior at Fresno Pacific University and I am exploring the job market. I have noticed that many graphic design companies ask for your "resume and a link to your online portfolio." Are there certain websites that you can sign up for and create such a thing? Should I use a template-based website builder and make my own one-page site? What is the proper and most used way of going about this?
Any feedback, links, tips, quips, anecdotes, or quotes would be very much appreciated.
Thank you for your time and concern,
Tony Saragosa

Some services that are all inclusive ( meaning hosting and content creation) are wordpress.com, squarespace.com, and and a new one I just heard about which is virb.com. If you want to take it a step further purchase your own domain and hosting service and install/create your own site from scratch. A mix of both of these would be to use a service like the ones mentioned above and purchase your domain and have it forward to service you choose to use (to avoid the subdomian/prefix sloppiness)
